Emerald Coast Association of Realtors is pleased to offer you a variety of online real estate courses, each one designed for your own personal needs.
Online courses are best suited for highly-motivated students who are willing to devote extra efforts to learn the material without the aid of a live instructor.
Although the course is an automated, internet-based program, our school is there with you all the way. The Sales Associate Pre-License Course is a 63-Hour Course with timed, internet-based end-of-course exam. This internet-based course meets the state’s requirements for the pre-license education needed to obtain a Sales Associate license. This course is offered in a Hybrid format. It is internet based with a LIVE WORKSHOP REVIEW VIA VIDEO. The Florida Real Estate Guide (matching textbook to the online course) is included with this course plus state exam review material in PDF format is also included.
